The company is engaged in the manufacture of components and accessories for the machinery and automobile industry. It was incorporated in April 1988 and conducts its business from its registered head office which is located in Abadino. The company is recognized as one of the largest companies in Spain. It offers products which include assembles and systems, spare parts and electrical equipment such as rear and front axles, chassis components, engine parts, engine covers and brackets. The company operates as a subsidiary of Gestamp Automocion Group, the European leader in the automotive stamping sector that specializes in the development and manufacturing of metal components and structural systems for the automotive industry. Gestamp has more than 43 production plants in the European Union, and deals closely with the main manufacturers of automobiles such as Citroen-Peugeot, Seat-Volkswagen Group, Renault, Ford, Opel-General Motors, Daimler Chrysler (Mercedes), and Fiat-Iveco.
